Need to Look up your Email address?

If you need to look up your GRC email account that ends with @student.greenriver.edu:

  • Use the Email Lookup option to look up your new email address using your last name, birth date, and ctcLink ID or SID.

Don't remember your password?

Use the Password Reset option to reset an existing password

Important Tips:
  • You need to be registered for a class to find your new email address. Please wait until the afternoon one business day after you register for classes to try to create a password.
  • If you are a returning GRC student and are having trouble logging in to your new email account, try clearing your browser's cache.
  • Do not auto-forward your student email to another email. Unfortunately, that feature does not work and you will lose important GRC emails.
