If you have a GRC Student ROSETTA STONE account, watch this to remember how to:
• log in
• use EXPLORE ALL CONTENT and SEE ALL to choose a UNIT and lessons that are difficult enough for you. (If you don't change to a different unit, it will start you in Unit 1 with "hello/boy/girl/run/eat..." Too easy! But after you change to a harder unit, the next time you log in it will remember what you were learning the last time.)

THEN, follow the instructions below.
If you see this screen, click "Current Student and Employee Login" and enter your student email address and password.

Click: Rosetta Stone Library Solution

Once you are at the database, enter your Green River email address
Then create your own password
Then choose the language you want to study
Then click "sign in"

Click the link: Launch Rosetta Stone Foundations

Select the type of course you want. If you do not know, choose: Standard. Then click: Apply Changes.

If you have a microphone on your computer, choose: Allow. Then follow any directions to test your microphone.
There are many "units" you can study. Higher units are more advanced levels of the language.
Each unit has several "lessons" to complete.
Click "start" to begin each lesson.

Click "Show Menu" to see and complete other, more advanced levels of the language.

Access the Rosetta Stone App
There is a Rosetta Stone Mobile App (for cell phones, tablets...etc. Follow the instructions below.
Before you can install and use the Rosetta Stone mobile app, please go through the steps on the left to create an account.
Then, click below to download the app from either the App Store (for Apple products) or Google Play (for Android Products):
Download the application and open it. This is the screen you will see. Select Work or School.

For iPhones, you will see this screen:

To log in, you will enter:
Username field: your school email address (xxxx@student.greenriver.edu)
Password field: the password you set in the web application
Namespace field: greenrv
For Android phones, you will see this screen:

To log in, you will enter:
Username field: your school email address (xxxx@student.greenriver.edu)
Password field: the password you set in the web application
In the final screen, enter: greenrv
Troubleshoot Rosetta Stone Problems
Troubleshooting Browser Issues
Rosetta Stone requires Flash Player.
If you get an error message about permissions after Flash is enabled, choose Allow to continue.
Microphone issues with Rosetta Stone and Chrome:
Go to Chrome settings on the Rosetta Stone log in page:
Click on Advanced at the bottom of the list.
Under the heading "Privacy and Security," select "Content Settings."
Choose Microphone.
In dropdown menu, choose the microphone you are using. If Rosetta Stone is listed under “Block,” click on the trash can icon ("Delete") to remove that listing.
Log in error -- "Not Authorized"
Clear your browsing data / cookies from Chrome and then log in again:

Rosetta Stone Errors
Error 7201 – "You can't assign this Curriculum to this learner."
Return to the Rosetta Stone login screen and make sure the language chosen at log in and the language chosen after log in are the same.
