GRC OneDrive

What OneDrive is and How to Log On

Store your files in the cloud and access them anywhere!

Your Green River College student OneDrive is part of the programs available on your GRC email -- you can use this service to save files online and access them from anywhere you can sign in to your Green River student webmail. (It is similar to Google Drive or Dropbox, if you have used those services.)

To log into your OneDrive, you will need:

  • Your Green River College email address
  • Your Green River College email password*
    • *If this is your FIRST TIME logging into your GRC email, open a web browser and log into your email there first to set up your personal password.

Need help logging in to your email for the first time or forgot your email or password?

Save Files to Your One Drive

  1. If you are working in another computer program or downloading a file from Canvas, save the file to a location on the local computer you can find easily again. Remember where you saved it.

    • Suggested Locations: Desktop OR Documents folder.
    • Important Note: You still need to follow the rest of the steps on this page to save your file in your student OneDrive. If you stop at this step while on a campus computer (only save the file to the local drive), your file will be gone the next time you log on!
  2. Open a web browser and go to the "Quick Links" menu on the Green River Website (Upper-right corner of the page).
