Make sure you understand how to return and renew technology items (the process is slightly different than with other items you borrow from the library):
How to log on to laptops:
First, make sure your GRC issued laptop is connected to the Internet. Next, login the laptop using your GRC student email address and password. For troubleshooting help, please contact the Student Technology Support Desk (see below).
For Laptop Help:
If the help desk cannot support remotely, then they might suggest a laptop exchange. Contact the Circulation Desk to exchange laptops.
If there is an available laptop, circulation staff will schedule an appointment to exchange the laptop.
If there is no available laptop, circulation staff will schedule a time to pick up the laptop that is experiencing issues. They will have IT investigate that laptop.
If you would like to purchase any media equipment, software, or other technology for academic purposes, then you can request funding support from Student Success (ssuccess@greenriver.edu).
