Search Tips:
- Build your search slowly, trying a range of search terms that capture your focus.
- Use AND to connect and focus your key ideas.
- Use OR to search for synonyms or similar ideas in one search.
- Use quotation marks to search for phrases.
- Use truncation (the asterisk at shift 8) to search for multiple forms from the root of a word.
- Click on a title and read the description or abstract to decide if a source looks relevant and useful.
- Look for Subject Terms that capture your focus. The database will pull together sources on that subject.
