How to log on at GRC: Off-Campus Database Access

This guide explains how to access your student email, Canvas classes, Microsoft Office, campus computers, and online tools for your education.

Off-campus database access

Currently enrolled students and Green River faculty can use their Green River College email address and email password to log in to the library databases from off-campus. When you select a database to search, you will be prompted to enter your full GRC email address and email password.

Step 1: Select a database

Step 2: Click "LOGIN HERE" in the 'Current Student and Employee Login' column (left):

Step 3: Log in with your GRC email address and email password:

Using One Search on the main library page? Your search results may contain both print and electronic sources (ebook/streaming video/articles from databases).

To access electronic sources off campus, click "View Online" and follow the steps above to open the article, video or ebook.
